Lifetime ownership, our promise to you.
Snow Peak submits all of its outdoor hard goods to the highest standards of engineering and testing to ensure long-lasting durability in even the most challenging outdoor conditions. Our company proudly takes full responsibility for the high quality of our products.
If anything is unclear or a product requires service, we will be happy to answer any questions through Snow Peak User Services or any of our certified dealers. If we find that the product didn't live up to our standards, we'll repair it or exchange it free of charge. In other cases, we'll provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Please understand that we will not be able to repair damage caused by typical wear and tear or product misuse. Common examples of wear and tear include scuffs/scratches, abrasions, faded colors, or minor denting. Additionally, the warranty does not cover products that have been altered in any way. Please be sure to review the user manual for each product before use.
Replacement parts for components that may experience high rates of typical wear and tear are available for self-service here.
Snow Peak apparel receives a warranty covering manufacturer defect for up to one year from the date of purchase. Damages due to typical wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions are excluded from our apparel warranty.
