Takibi Propane Insert Recall Statement

We were made aware of a potential safety issue involving the new Takibi Propane Insert. We have received a report of rocks combusting or being ejected from the fireplace during use.  

Out of an abundance of caution, we’re asking all customers to please immediately discontinue use while we initiate a recall process. Should you prefer a full refund, please initiate a return in our portal.  

Customer safety is our highest priority. Please accept our sincere apologies and know we are actively investigating the source of the issue while working swiftly to implement a solution. Additional details regarding the recall and refund process will be shared soon.
