Your Guide to Takibi Time

Takibi Time is the experience of gathering around a fire to cook, connect and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you’re settling into camp, hosting friends in the backyard or preparing a meal outside, thoughtful setup makes it easier for everyone to share in the moment.

Use this guide to create an inclusive and welcoming fireside set up in true Snow Peak style.

The best Takibi Time setups offer more than a campfire. Begin by considering your location, the weather, and the size of your gathering. Thoughtfully arrange your seating and tables so everyone can comfortably enjoy the warmth of the fire while still having room to move around the space.

At the center of the gathering is the Takibi Fire & Grill, which brings the experience of cooking and gathering into one portable system.

The Jikaro Firering Table creates a useful surface around the fire for preparing food, serving your meal, and keeping essential tools at hand. It can also be expanded with compatible IGT components to make a larger and more functional cooking area. For larger spaces, consider joining two Jikaros together with an extension for dual campfires. Complete the space with the lounge-worthy Low Beach Chair, which provides ample back support for longer evenings around the fire.

Stay shaded and cool under the shelter of a fire-resistant Takibi Tarp suited to your gathering. The Takibi Tarp Hexa Set M creates a comfortable setup for a smaller group, while the Takibi Tarp Octa offers more room for larger gatherings.

While the fire offers its own golden glow, additional lighting will add extra ambiance and make your setup easier to use after sunset. Choose the candle-like Mini Flame to illuminate your table or opt for something brighter like the GigaPower BF Lantern.

Keep warm or cold beverages nearby in the ever-reliable Ti-Double 450 Mug, Milk Bottle , or Shimo Stein. Once your friends are gathered with libations in hand, it’s time to start cooking!

From an afternoon cookout to a cool evening at camp, Takibi time is less about the occasion or season and more about slowing down, sharing food, and making time to connect.
