For the appetizer: Fill the bottom of the Micro Oval generously with coarse sea salt. Heat up the Micro Oval for 2 minutes on high using a burner or over the Takibi Fire and Grill. Place 2-3 jumbo prawns into the Micro Oval. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes with the lid closed. Flip the prawns. Cook for another 2-3 minutes with the lid closed. Enjoy the pure taste of the prawn with subtle sea salt flavors! For the main course: Follow the instructions on Neoguri Ramen’s packaging. Before adding the dry ramen to boiling water, add 2-3 jumbo prawns to boil for 2 minutes. This will create a delicious seafood broth! Add the dry ramen and seasoning into the pot. Boil with the prawns for 3 minutes on high with the lid closed. Serve the ramen on a bowl with the jumbo prawn on top. Top with green onion and serve.
