COVID-19 Protocols

COVID-19 continues to be a challenge facing us all, and we must work together to create a safe Snow Peak Way event for staff and campers. Please read on to ensure compliance with the Snow Peak Way health protocols and guidelines to reduce COVID-19 risk. Thanks in advance for your thoughtful cooperation.

Camper Protocols

Vaccination & Testing: All campers twelve and older must show a valid vaccination card or negative test result from within 48 hours before entering the SPW site. We ask that anyone experiencing symptoms or illness of any kind in the days before the event not to attend.

Staff Protocols

All Snow Peak staff at Snow Peak Way will be vaccinated and will adhere to masking guidelines and sanitation practices. Outside partners will also provide proof of vaccination before arrival.

Protocols for All

Masks: Per Oregon's Mask Mandate, campers and staff will be required to wear masks in densely populated spaces of the campout. Specifically, masks will be required in the Snow Peak Pop-Up, at the Café and Bar, at all workshops, and anywhere social distancing is not possible to maintain. We ask campers to use their best judgment when mingling with other campers in their sites.

Sanitization: Common spaces, including workshop stations, will be sanitized daily, at a minimum. Some high-traffic areas will be sanitized multiple times per day. Hand sanitizer will be provided to each camper and will be available throughout the site.

We can enjoy a fun and memorable weekend outside and greatly reduce any risk for campers or staff with our collective efforts. For questions or concerns about COVID-19 protocols, please contact our Customer Experience team at info@snowpeak.com
