The traditional blade making technology of Sanjo-city, Niigata-prefecture where Snow Peak is located, are combined with the latest technology in the development of the knife. The hand hand forged blade has a subtle variation in thickness while the precisely made handle provides a firm grip. The blade is made of "Shirogami" high quality steel.
