Seppou Knife

In the process of cooking at a scene of "food", cutting foods is the most basic and important work. "SEPPOU" Hand Forged Japanese Knife in the 'Seppou" series is a knife which features the most precise crafting using hand forged technique by blade craftsman. The 6.5" blade is made of the best grade (Asuki Aogami Steel) and is sandwiched with stainless steel(SUS410) to have 3 layers of solid steel. The handle is made with a natural wood which is treated with special heat treatment. The natural wood is used at the part of the blade that attaches in the carrying case in order to carry and protect the knife.
