We consider it only natural for our company to take responsibility for the quality of our products. If you should ever find that one of our products does not function properly, we would like to ask you to contact our Snow Peak Users Service, or take it to one of our dealers. If the product malfunctions due to faulty manufacturing process, we will either repair or exchange the product free of charge. In other cases, we will make the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee.

... Please understand that damage caused by careless usage, or breakdown due to completion of the life expectancy of the product, we won't be able the make any repairs. Also, make sure to read the user's manual before you use our products.
